BWG Series Storage Tank
GUSU chocolate storage tanks are made from full stainless steel and are available in a range of sizes from 30kg up to 5000kg capacities.
1. With chocolate it is very important that the melting process is carefully controlled. Our tanks are equipped with a double jacket to control the temperature of the chocolate.

2. The water jacket is usually heated by a screw-in heater installed in the water jacket and a water circulation pump that distributes the heat. Each storage tank is equipped with a control cabinet that contains all the necessary operating elements.
