Description
Pipleline Heater
Circulating electric heater makes fluid circulate between storage tank and heater by forced convection of pump to heat all kinds of gases and liquids.
If power - pump - Pipe - heater is fully functional linked and has control components, it will become a circulating electric heater system.
Its integral skid mounted frame is convenient for mobile installation.
1. Solid structure, compact seal, high thermal efficiency.
2. The maximum heating temperature can reach 850 ℃, which can not be achieved by ordinary heat exchangers.
3. The design heat load is very low, with multiple protection such as anti dry burning protection device, long service life.
4. It can be used in both ordinary and explosion-proof situations. The explosion-proof level can reach class B and class C, and the pressure resistance can reach 7MPa. It can be vertical or horizontal according to the needs of users.
5. The system can run automatically without routine maintenance. Through the circuit design, it can realize the automatic control of temperature, pressure, flow and other parameters, including PLC system control, and realize man-machine dialogue.
