The product has remote control function and ultrasonic obstacle avoidance function. There are four main modules: main control module, motor drive module, BLE wireless module and ultrasonic sensor module.
4、Ultrasonic sensor module is used HC-SR04 module, using ultrasonic distance sensor to measure the distance between the cart and the obstacle, and change the direction when it is less than the set obstacle avoidance value to achieve the obstacle avoidance function.
1、The main control board adopts CH340 development board.
2、Motor driver module adopts L293D module to drive DC motor.
3、Wireless module HC-05, connected to the module through the cell phone APP to send control commands to achieve motion control of the intelligent cart.
4、Ultrasonic sensor module is used HC-SR04 module, using ultrasonic distance sensor to measure the distance between the cart and the obstacle, and change the direction when it is less than the set obstacle avoidance value to achieve the obstacle avoidance function.
5、Adopt aluminum alloy as the chassis of the cart, the volume is light and thin and not easy to deformation, strong solidity.
6、Adopting newest wheel as the wheel, which can make the trolley achieve omnidirectional movement.
