The low temperature thermoplastic sheet, which is a new environmental friendly polymer material, is made of a special synthetic polymer polyester (such as PCL)
through a series of physical and chemical processing methods.
The low temperature thermoplastic sheet( orthopedic splint), which is non-toxic, odourless,no stimulation to the skin and fully biodegradable, is an idealmaterial of immobilization.
It can be soft in the water when the temperature reaches 65~70℃ ,then removes it from the water after soften and dries on, when its temperature drops to about 40℃ , it can be directly molding on patient’s body, the wholeprocess is easy to operate.

How to use
1. Put the splint into 60-70 ℃ hot water for 3-5 minutes.
2. After it is activated, it could become soft and pliable, put it back and dry it with a soft cloth.
3. Tear the glue layer, put it on the nose. Push it tenderly, within 3 minutes, it could become rigid and fixed.
