Delivery time: In most of the cases, all of our salon furniture is made by order. We do not have any salon furniture in stock. It will take 14-35 days to finish your order. The manufacturing time is highly dependent on our order quantity.   

When can I get the price?

Answer: Every price quotation will be replied within 24 hours after we received your inquiry. If you are in an emergency, please call us by phone to expedite the process.

How can I get a sample to check your quality?

Answer: We are happy to provide samples to our customers. However, it is dependent on the product type, we may need to charge you for the sample fee. The sample fee will be reimbursed when you place a large order.

How long can I receive samples?

Answer: After the sample charges and confirmed files are received, the samples will be delivered to you as soon as possible. If the samples are in stock, they will be delivered within 2 days. If the samples are not in stock, we will arrange the production of the samples as soon as possible. It won’t take more than 14 days.

What about the lead time for mass production?

Answer: Honestly, it depends on your order quantity, usually we would be able to ship goods within 7-14 working days 

Can you do OEM or ODM?

Answer: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM if your order will not sell in China and certain Asia countries.
