Working principle
In the body of a dry screw vacuum pump, two variable pitch screw rotors rotate at high speed in opposite directions. The mediumgas is sucked between the pump body and the screw chamber, and then transported to the exhaust port after being compressed step by step. During this process, the screw rotors do not come into contact with each other and do not come into contact with the pump chamber.

Key features
■ The screws are all variable pitch screws (unconventional gradual screws), and its maximum vacuum can reach 1Pa.
■ The screws are all processed from cylindrical bars, with high density, wear resistance, and strong adhesion with anti-corrosion
coating.
■ The hardness of the screw can reach HRC50 after surface treatment, which is truly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The
surface hardness of conventional bar stock after machining is ≦HRC20 (HB190).
■ The screw pump adopts double-end support and oil lubrication structure on both sides, and the imported brand bearing has
reliable lubrication and longer service life.
■ The inner seal of the screw pump is composed of three composite seals and one nitrogen seal, and the sealing structure is safe
and reliable.
■ Design of screw pump bottom discharge structure, there is no liquid accumulation in the pump chamber, and there is no material
after cleaning.
■ The front and rear end covers, pump body and silencer of the progressive cavity pump are cooled by septums, the exhaust
temperature is lower, and the overall operation is more stable.
