A1: Unpackaged, or packed it as discussion.
Q2: What are your terms of payment?
A2: T/T 30~50% as deposit, T/T the balance before shipment;
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A3: One 40HC container.
Q4: Could I place an order with different models and load them into one container?
A4: Yes.
Q5: Do I need to check after final production?
A5: No. There is a full set of quality control system to ensure the qualified products are dispatched. Anyway, the buyer is
allowed to inspect before shipment.

A6: Generally, the production time is about 15~30days.
Q7: Can you make tires according to buy’s design?
A7: Yes.
Q8: What is your warranty on your tires if there is tires problem?
A8: The new tire will be supplied for free if any problem comes out.
Q9: Do you have the product limited insurance in USA?
A9: Both our factory and our agent issued the product insurance in USA market.
