Automatic crisp/ soft biscuit forming machine is a new kind of biscuits making machine. This machine mainly includes forming part and secondary separation part. This machine can be used for making round crisp biscuits, square crisp biscuits, animals biscuits, digital biscuits, alphabetic biscuits and so on.

Product Advantages
1) The machine uses seamless canvas and quick loading& unloading configuration. Do not need to cut the canvas, adjust the deviation and rubber roller, and do not need high-tech workers sew canvas, which reduces standby time and the usual maintenance. In the same time, it also can increase production, with the increase yield, make the products maintain the same color and taste in the latter precess.

2. What's about the warranty?
A: The ordinary type is 12 months. Damage is not man-made during the warranty period, We will provide free accessories and online installation instructions
3. Do you supply overseas installation? How many days you need? How about the charge?
A: Yes, we supply overseas installation. Generally, whole production line needs 7 days. The customer should charge for the
visa,air tickets, accommodation and the salary. The salary of worker for installation is $100 per person for each day.
4. What's about the packing?
A: Firstly, we will put drying desiccant inside (protect the machine from wet damage). Then, we will put 6mm cystosepiment outside it and upgrade the thermal contracting film. Finally, we will put the wooden case and steel belt. According to the different machine to avoid damage, we will upgrade again before loading to the container. Before the packing, every machine should be cleaned and qualified.
5. What is the delivery time?
A: The single machine is 7 working days, small and medium production line is 20 -30 working days, and full automatic line is 30-45 working days after receiving deposit.
