This tube is a tin oxide cathode with a coaxial cylindrical thin-walled structure (tube wall density of 50 ± 10cg/cm2) and a pulse applied halogen tube. It can detect γ Radioactive within 20mR/h～120mR/h and and soft β radioactive with a decay rate of 100-1800 per minute per centimeter in the surrounding temperature range of -40 ° C to 55 ° C.
