APPLICATION FOR PP PE PLASTIC FILM PELLETIZING LINE
1. Feeding way of plastic pelletizing recycling machine: Special designed force feeder, side feeder and compactor can push the material into the extruder high efficiently. Guarantee getting good capacity of the machine
2. Gear reducer of Plastic Granulator: The high torque, hard-surface gear reducer with water cooling circulation system ensures the line running steady, silent, and long life.
3. Barrel and screw of Plastic Granulating Machine: The special material (38CrMoA1A & double alloy) and hardness treatment of the screw and barrel make extruder to be good wear resistance.
4. Degassing of Plastic Pelletizing Machine: Special design for the venting can discharge the moisture and waste air efficiently which ensure the finally plastic granules are with smooth surface, no water, no bubble, and good quality.
5. Hydraulic filter: Double position hydraulic filter works swift and easy to operate. Copper ring prevents the material leakage.
6. Cutting way of Plastic Pelletizer: Two type cutting way, the noodle type and water ring type makes the customer freely to choose.
7. Special designed die of Plastic Film Pelletizing machine: All die holes size are special designed due to the material characters and our rich experience to make machines.
8. Cooling way: Most of the materials are cooled by water. Some like PVC are cooled by wind. e with smooth surface, no water, no bubble, and good quality.

10. Package of the final products : Final products granules will be blowing into silo, which will be packaged by manual or packaging scale machine

As our pelletizing line is equiped with special compactor, PE PP film and woven bags in big size can be directly feed in to our pelletizing line to produce PE PP granule.
Customer can choose water ring hot cutting or strand pelletizing method. Also single stage or double stage pelletizing is for choice.

1.Belt Conveyor With Metal Detector
Belt conveyor is necessary to convey film and bags into compactor. Before enter into compactor, it is necessary to have metal detector and make sure there is no metal fed into compactor together with the material. Otherwise, blades inside the compactor can be easily damaged by the metal.
2.Compactor
When PE PP material fed into the compactor, the blades inside will cut them into smaller pieces. By the heating generated by friction, the material wiil be dried, shrinking and half-plasticized, then will be guide into the screw and barrel of the extruder.
3.Extruder
When compacted material fed into the extruder, the screw and barrel will plasticize the material, mixing and conveying. During this process, the vacuum degassing part of the screw barrel will make moisture, oil and ink evaporated and exhausted.
4.Hydraulic Screen Changer
The hydraulic screen changer will filter out and remove the impurities inside the material. Apply double station screen changer to realize non stop when changing screen. We offer plate type, piston type, self-clean type and back flush type filter according to customer requirement.
5.Water ring hot cutting unit (optional)
When PE PP material comes out from the die head mould, they will be cut in granule shape. There is water ring around the cutting blade. When melted material is cut off from the die head, they will fall into the surrounding water ring, to be cooled and transported out. Cusotmer can also choose strand cutting instead of water ring hot cutting.
6.High Speed Dewatering Machine
High rotation speed of rotor inside dewatering water will create strong centrifugal force, most of the water on the surface of PE PP granule will be removed through the screen mesh around the rotor. The water stored under the dewatering machine will be sent back to water ring cutting unit.
