Description


INSULATED GLASS

Insulated glass is made of two or more glass panels, bonded with spacer bar filled with desiccant and sealed with buytl sealant and silicone sealant to create closed insulated space.

Our insulated glass use the freshed low-e glass produced by our own coating line, advanced bytronic IGU line have automatic decoating, cleaning,bonding,argon filling, and sealing function to gurantee the glass quality. Triple insulated glass and online argon-filled glass are also available.

The products can be made 3 layer insulated glass,  laminated+insulated glass,double siver low-e glass,

finished on our BYTRONIC line (imported from switchland).

The raw float glass from XINYI or TG glass, to guarantee the Paneness and clearness,lower NiS content for lower glass explode, and enough thickness.

The glass was heat strengthened by our Glaston tempering line

 ( Imported from Finland), insulated on BYTRONIC line,

online decoating and argon filling.

The glass was made by skilled workers with around 6 years to guarantee stable quality.

4   Fast lead time: 10-15 days.
5    Equipped with CNC working centre to satisfy special shaped edg grinding and cut-out.

Our standard parking method:

       Non-fumigation polywood crates+ plastic film + desiccant.

For Quality Standard, our company passed CE ( EN 14449:2005+AC:2005), and Australia Standard AS/NZS 2208:1996, and China Nation stardard for building glass.

Every batch products will be inspected by our QC team, visual inspection & performance test,

such as Dimensions,Physical Defect, Drop Ball Test, Impact Test, Waving Test,Pendulum Impact Test,

Surface Compression Test, Fragmentation Test.. ect, to guarantee every batch products' quality.
