Product Description
The Diaphragm Compressor is a positive displacement compressor with a special structure. It is the highest level compression method in the gas compression field. This compression method has no secondary pollution and has very good protection for the compressed gas. It has a large compression ratio, has good sealing performance, and the compressed gas is not polluted by lubricating oil and other solid impurities. Therefore, it is suitable for compressing high-purity, rare and precious, flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful, corrosive, and high-pressure gases. This compression method is usually designated internationally to compress high-purity gases, flammable and explosive gases, toxic gases, and oxygen. and many more.
Manufacturing Technique
Diaphragm Compressor 100% purity no leakage Oil-free Oxygen Booster Compressor
No leakage: the compressor membrane head is sealed by static "O" ring. The O "ring is made of elastic material, with long service life and no dynamic seal to ensure no leakage during gas compression.
Corrosion resistance: the compressor membrane head can be made of 316L stainless steel, the diaphragm is made of 301 stainless steel. Small tightening torque: "O" ring seal, can reduce flange bolt tightening torque, reduce shutdown maintenance time.
The diaphragm compressor booster is a special structure of the volume-type compressor with high compression ratio, good leak tightness, compressed gas without lubricating oil and other solid impurities contaminated features, So it's suitable for high purity compression, rare, valuable, inflammable, explosive, toxic, harmful, corrosive, and high pressure gas

As a displacement compressor with special,diaphragm compressor is characterized by large compression ratio,good sealing performace ,and that the compress air will not be polluted by lubricant or other solid impurities.Therefore diaphragm compressor is applicable to compress high-purity,rare and precious,flammable and explosive,toxic and hazardous,corrosive and high pressure gases.
Huayan diaphragm compressors consist of four types that are Z,V,L and D type.The exhaust pressure ranges from 1.3 to 100 Mpa. The products are widely used in the industries of national defense,scientific research, petrochemical, nuclear power, parmaceutical, food-stuff and gas separation.
