Q1 : Can you mix the container load for the 2 drums spill deck, 2 drums spill pallet, 4 drums spill pallet, IBC spill pallet and IBC Low-profile spill pallet?

A1: Sure, we can take to mix load into a container. We will prepare a shipment plan based on the customer order (customer should advise the cut and fill item when order), it shows kind, number and dimensions of products.  

Q2: Why use the steel to replace the plastic grate for the spill containment products?                                        

A2: We realized some customers to load the unevenly distributed weight across the plastic grating surface and caused it easy to crack and collapse. We tested and found that steel has better performance than the plastic grate to support  the unevenly distributed weight object.

Q3: What are the advantages of the product formed by injection molding?

A3: Injection molding is a far better process than rotational molding, better part formation, even wall thickness, excellent part finish, controlled shrinkage, lighter weight are some of the characteristics of injection molding that make our pallets stronger and allows us to use HDPE for our product.

Q4: What about the sump capacity?

A4: They meet the regulation of EPA 40 CFR 264.175, SPCC 40 CRR 112.7.
