1- Main machine
The main machine is composed from main frame, beam guiding device, welding torch dolly, pneumatic welding fixture, welding core rod, core rod moving device, welding seam centering device, welding torch moving device (up and down), welding torch adjustment device and the air circuit control system, etc.

The control system is based on PLC controller for different kinds of welding source. Designed with “Manual” and “Automatic” working mode, equipped with indicator to display welding data.
