Vacuum sealing flange .
This is a pair of smart sealing assembly for tube vacuum furnace to tighten both ends without any welding .
Made of Stainless Steel with double high temperature silicon O-rings on each flangeOne end flange has a vacuum meter with valve , and another end has valve seal tube by tighten screws on the flange.
This is a pair of smart sealing assembly for 4" vacuum tube furnace to seal both ends of OD 100-102 mm ( 4") tube without any welding and gluing.
One end of flange has a barbed needle valve,1/4" feedthrough for thermocouple inserted and 1/8 NPS valve with installed Mechanical Pressure Gauge. (if you need Compact Digital Vacuum Gauge, please choose from product option at extra cost. If you don't need vacuum gauge, please instruct us when you order, we can take it off, but no price deduction )
Another end flange has a KF100 port with barbed needle valve. You may need KFD100angle valve before connecting the vacuum port to vacuum pump. Please choose the KF25 angle valve at related product below.
Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose.
