1. Production Time :  45-60 days after confirmed, FOB, CIF and so on. 

2. Shipping time: 7-10 days by courier service or air shipment. 20-30 days by sea.

Shipping company: We can ship with your appointed forwarder company or use our agent company.                                            Shipping by sea, by air and courier service depends on your requirements.                                                        Courier company such as: UPS, DHL or Fedex, etc.

Q:Can I put my brand logo?
A: Yes OEM is welcome, we can make your logo by engraved, pad printing, transfer, printing.

Q: How much cost for logo printing?
A: Regular printing logo cost US$0.017/per color, depends on the actual logo design.

Q: Can I have samples for approval before order?
A: Sure, we can send you samples for checking quality first. After order confirmed, we will make pre-production samples for second approval.

Q: Can I start with small order?

A: Yes, we are glad to start with small order so that you can test your market. Our purpose is to grow both our business together.

Q:How much is sample charge?
A: 1. For regular plastic or metal sunglasses and reading glasses,  samples are free for one piece each if we have current samples.

    2. For high quality optic frame such as acetate, stainless steel or wooden sunglasses, we will charge USD 10 - 20 /PC for stock samples.

Q: Can you make artwork or open mold according to my idea or thoughts?
A: Of course, we have design teams for mold drawing.

Q: How long is sample time?
A: For stock samples, we can send out in 48 hours. For sampling reqeusts, it normally takes 7-21days depending on the sample colors.

Q: Can you refund the sample cost when I place order?
A:  Yes sample cost will be refunded once order been confirmed.
