Work Process
1. The screw feeding part :
It is driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor and rotates through the pulley and worm reducer to force the pressed
material into the main feed port.
2. The transmission part:
The main transmission system is: motor-triangle belt-reducer-open gear-roll.
3. The forming part:
It mainly refers to the host part, and the core part is the drum. When too much material is fed between the two pressure rollers, increase the gap between the pressure rollers to allow hard objects to pass through the pressure rollers.
