Product performance Structure
The thermoplastic radiotherapy masks are made of polymeric material. According to the demand, we can supply different types of mask. The mask could become soft in 65-70°hot water for 2-3 minutes, and could be moulded to the right shape according to the body parts. With the characteristics of good strengthness and fitness, it could become stiff in 3-4 minutes and keep the perfect moulded shape.
The radiotherapy mask has the features of high strengthness, light-weight, breathability, remoldable, x-ray translucent, non-toxic and tasteless, non-irritating to the skin, and biodegradable, etc.

Used for the immobilization and positioning of the head, head-neck-shoulder, chest, pelvis, etc.
How to Use
How to operate the mask?
1. Prepare a towel, terming bed, and the right mask. Adjust the water bath to 65-70℃.
2. Sink the radiotherapy mask into hot water for 2-3 minutes, it could become soft and pliable.
3. Put the mask on the towel, wrap its water.
4. Put the thermoplastic mask on the patient's body part, mould it with fingers to the right position. It offers 2-3 minutes to fulfill the task.
5. As the temperature drops, the mask could become harder and harder, and keep the moulding style well.
6. After 24 hours, the mask could reach to an ideal rigidity, thus to play a role of immobilization and positioning during cancer treatment.
