2. Parts peeling off control
We use big power high frequency welding machine and molds to weld the parts on the products intead of hand glue.

3．Parts missing control
We can ensure the position and quantity of parts are accurate via below measures

A. For baffle structure, we make reinforcement at both ends of the baffles where the biggest pressure are.
B. For rope structure, we weld the patch on instead of glue, we use the nylon ropes instead of PP ropes.
C.We install air relief valve so that the air can release when the inside pressure exceed its limitation.
