1. How to get a sample and fee?
A. Small piece sample can be provided for free, by freight collect or prepaid.
B. For customized sample, please contact us for sample cost.
C. If place order directly, free Pre-production sample can be offered for free.

2. What is sample time and production time?
A. Existing sample: 2-3days;
B. Customized sample: 7-12days;
C. Production time: 25-30days.

3. How about your MOQ?
1pcs with custom logo is acceptable. As for wholesale OEM product, we appreciate your order quantity could be more than 300pcs.

4. OEM/ODM
Owning professional and experienced team to do OEM/ODM designs. If you have your own ideas please share with us, we can help you to finish it.

5. What's your payment term?
We are regular doing 30% deposit and 70% balance payment. Base on our 
cooperation, we also can do other payment way. If you have any specially request, 
you can talk with us.

6. How about your quality control?
Owning professional QC team to control the goods quality during the mass 
production. Third party inspection is also acceptable.

7. If we dont have any shipping forwarder in China, could you do this for us?
We have very good relationship with forwarder company, we can 
offer you the good shipping price and good service.

8. How do you take care when your clients received defective products? 
Replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually replace in next shipment.
