Natural gas is used as raw material to produce hydrogen through steam conversion. It is mainly composed of raw material heating and conversion parts, raw material refining part, steam reforming part, shift reaction, heat recovery part, gas production system part and PSA purification part. It also has the advantages of less investment, low energy consumption, reliable operation, and high flexibility.

 

Product Details:
The refined raw material gas is mixed with water vapor according to the water-carbon ratio of 3.5-3.9, and then preheated to 500-600 ° C through the convection part of the reformer and enters the radiant part of the reformer. Under the action of a catalyst, a complex steam reforming reaction occurs. An equilibrium mixture of methane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and water, the main reaction is CH4 + H20 = C0 + 3H2-206.4kJ / mol
The conversion gas at about 350 ° C enters the medium temperature shift reactor, and the shift reaction occurs under the action of the catalyst so that the CO content in the shift gas is reduced to about 3%, and the hydrogen continues to be produced. The main reaction is CO + H20 = C02 + H2 + 41.2 k /mol
After cooling to 40 ° C with a medium-change gas water cooler, the free water was first separated by a separator, and then the PSA purification part was added, and finally, industrial pure hydrogen having a purity of 99.9% was obtained.
