Product Description
Q37 series hook type airless shot blasting cleaning and strengthening of steel structural and other spare parts. It is widely used in foundry, forging, mechanical and steel industry. Main features no pit, compact structure, and high productivity, etc.
Working principle and features;
Hook type shot blasting machine is designed to advance abrasives at high speed to remove rust, scale, paint and other impurities from the surface of the workpiece. The machine consists of a blasting chamber in which the workpiece is placed, hook system that securely holds and rotates the workpiece during the blasting process, and two or many blast wheels (turbine) that propels the abrasive. The shot blasting machine is connected to a motor that rotates at high speed, generating centrifugal force to throw the abrasive onto the workpiece. The abrasive, usually steel shot or grit, is recovered within the machine through abrasive recycle system. This allows for continuous, efficient cleaning without the need for frequent refills of abrasive.
