YONGLI selects PVD (physically vapor deposited) ZnSe in CHINA, which features extremely low bulk losses induced by absorption and scatter, exceptional homogeneity, high thermal shock durability, and stability under harsh operating conditions.

The relatively high refractive index of Znse Selenide implies that anti-reflection coatings are crucial for ZnSe lenses, correspondingly, our AR coating ensures a high damaging threshold, high durability, and high abrasion-resistance, with an excellent transmittance of T≥99.5%@10.6mm.

CHINA PVD ZNSE FOCAL FOCUS LENS FOR 0-100W LASER ENGRAVER CUTTER
ZnSe lense is widely used in CO2 laser cutting ,marking,drilling,other laser system of industrial, which has low absorption and withstand high laser power.The coating layer of ZnSe lense is solid.The trasmission of it can reach 67 % in 10.6 micron.

We do the optimization design according to diffration and aberration and then show the products that have actual focus spot size in the same focal length. We can produce the products upon your requirement.

We take the domestic ZnSe which is yellow transparent multi-crystal to be coating. Its trasmittance is 0.5-15μm. It is made in physically vapor deposition method,which have little inclusions and low obsorption. Its has feature of low scatter loss. It is the best substrate that can make YONGLI lenses to use in CO2 average power laser system because of low absorption in 10.6μm.

Focal Length Measurement and Cleaning Procedure


How to adjust the focal length
Put a piece of harder paper under the laser head, adjust the height between the laser head and the paper by the focal length ruler, and then press the 'Laser' button on the panel to make marks. Compare the sizes of the marks made in different height and find the minimum sized mark,and then the appropriate height can be determined as the focal length of the machine.The following pictures shows an example. You may see that the mark made in the height of 8 mm is the minimal. Then we know the focal length is 8 mm. In the future, materials with different thickness should be cut in the height of 8 mm.

Notes:
1. Before installing the lens, please confirm the diameter and focal length.
2. The focal length is the distance between the lens and the cutting/engraves material.
3. Suggestion: convex upward, the plane side faces to material.
