Description









TZQM air box pulse bag dust collector is a new and efficient bag dust collector independently researched and developed by our company on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology and in combination with our national conditions. It integrates the advantages of chamber back blowing and jet pulse bag dust collector, overcomes the shortage of kinetic energy of chamber back blowing for cleaning dust, and the defects of secondary adsorption of dust caused by simultaneous dust clean and filtering of jet pulse. It adopts efficient off-line dust removal mode, which has the characteristics of large dust removal capacity, good dust removal effect, low system resistance, long service life of filter bag, high dust removal efficiency, etc. It is widely used for dust purification in building materials, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry and other industries.

This series of dust collector consists of different rooms and different filter bags in each room, forming a variety of different specifications. The number of filter bags in each room has 4 choices: 32, 64, 96 and 128, and the diameter of filter bags is Φ130mm, filter bag length is 2450mm and 3060mm.
