Forged Rolling Steel Ball Description

Heating the customed steel until the temperature reaches 1100C( 土50C) in the way of hot rolling and forging，the rollig forging machinery will put pressure on the metal blank and producing a grinding ball with certain mechanical property, shape and size . This is our processing methods of the grinding balls.






Applications


Rongsheng is able to manufacture accurate-size, high-roundness，high-hard rolling balls. They have great wear resistance, difficult deformation and less broken, uniform hardness distribution, high impact toughness( over 12j/cm2). Mainly suitable for industries such as mining, steel, chemical industry, cement plants, power plants, ball coal machine, semi-automatic ball mills, and ball mills,etc.
