Company Profile

APPLICATION

SIP
SIP (structural insulation board) is a three-layer construction product consisting of two pieces of mgo board and polystyrene foam glued in the middle. Combining Sip panels into one whole, we get a very strong and thermally insulated construction with exceptional load-bearing properties, good resistance to compression, bending and, most importantly, thermal insulation performance.

MGO Modular house
Modular construction is one of the fastest-growing building sectors in many parts of the world. In terms of the three variables that are nearly always unachievable together in construction – time, cost, and quality, it appears that modular is seen as a way to get close to the three variables.

The use of Mgo board in modular house construction offers numerous advantages, ranging from fire and moisture resistance to structural integrity and energy efficiency. Its eco-friendly properties further add to its appeal. As the demand for sustainable and efficient housing solutions continues to rise, Mgo board is paving the way for a revolution in the modular construction industry.

Fireproof Doors
Mgo fireproof doors offer a remarkable solution for enhancing safety in both residential and commercial buildings. Their superior fire resistance, durability, thermal insulation, soundproofing, and eco-friendliness make them a reliable choice for preventing the spread of fire and protecting lives and properties. As the demand for fire safety measures continues to grow, Mgo fireproof doors are revolutionizing the industry with their exceptional properties and contribution to overall safety.

MgO underlayment

One application of MgO in a floor assembly is to use it on top of a structural OSB subfloor panel. The MgO in this case would be a non-structural application as the OSB layer is acting as the structural element. The MgO underlayment essentially acts as a replacement for poured gypsum underlayment to add better sound performance and assist in fire resistance.

FAQ

1
What's dimensions of mgo board?
MgO boards are available in various dimensions to cater to different construction needs. The standard thickness of MgO boards ranges from 3mm to 25mm, while the width typically varies from 600 to 1,200mm. The length of the boards can be customized to suit specific project requirements, commonly ranging from 2,400mm to 3,050mm.
2
What are SIPs?
Structural Insulated Panels, more commonly known as SIPs, are top-tier panels used in place of more traditional framing, such as stud walls. Both residential and smaller commercial builds utilise SIPs for their flooring, walls and roofs to achieve better insulated, eco-friendly and energy efficient buildings. SIPs are precision cut to your specifications and allow for tailor made
designs. Opting for SIPs streamlines the construction process, leading to significant time and labour savings, along with being a more cost-effective option long-term.
3
How is building with SIPs faster?
Building a SIPs home is much faster than building with other traditional framing methods for many reasons. According to research, when using well-trained SIPs installers, you can see up to a 55% reduction in framing times (when compared to traditional framing). How? As we provide jumbo size panels which can be cut as big as 2.440m by 7.200m (or 8 by 24 foot), you can quickly assemble whole sections of your wall and roof. This also reduces drying time. Panels can be pre-cut to your specifications and arrive ready to assemble, reducing, if not eliminating, jobs like framing and insulating. Our panels provide the framing and insulation, combining two jobs into just one.
4
Are SIPs sustainable?
SIPs are among the most sustainable building materials available on the market. From reducing job site waste to creating homes with significantly reduced energy consumption, it’s hard to find a building system that is more eco-friendly than SIPs. By using SIPs, could decrease the carbon footprint. SIP buildings are incredibly airtight, reducing air leakage and the need for cooling
and heating. Your energy-efficient home will positively impact the environment by reducing greenhouse emissions for the life of the home.
