The electrostatic precipitator is currently the most energy-efficient particle purification device. Our high-performance WESP series wet electrostatic precipitator is different from ordinary water-washing electrostatic devices. Due to our proprietary patent, it can operate continuously and stably in harsh environments for more than 300 times the duration of similar devices.
The working principle of the electrostatic precipitator is based on the discharge wires in the electric field emitting electrons to the anode plate. When particles enter the electric field, they capture electrons and ions, thus acquiring a charge. The charged particles are then moved towards the anode plate by the Coulomb force in the electric field and adhere to the plate, resulting in the purification of smoke, oil mist, and fumes. The impurities adhered to the anode plate are automatically collected in the garbage bin through a continuous water flow, ensuring the continuous purification process.
By utilizing our strong self-cleaning ability, the insulation components of our separator only need to be cleaned once a year
under the same conditions, unlike ordinary devices that require frequent cleaning. This not only affects production but also
