 3D Printer Filament Extruder Production Line can process different diameter filament. It can process ABS/PLA filament, PETG/ASA/PDS filament, etc with an additional screw design. This line adopts a PLC control system so that the tolerance is within 0.03mm even 0.02mm. It is an ideal equipment for processes of 1.75mm 2.85mm and 3mm ABS/PLA filament. The screw can be taken and cleaned easily so that you can change the colo

r easily. The water tank adopts two levels, one 4m hot water, and one 2m cool water so that the filament can be controlled quite round.

2. Pull the filament at a controlled speed. It is synchronized with the extruder's speed to ensure a consistent and even pull. 

 

8M Filament storage device

1.It can store up to 100 meters filament. Its function is to avoid the pollution caused by the falling of filaments to the ground due to too fast production speed during the replacement of filament spool 

1.The meter counter provides continuous and real-time length measurement as the filament is extruded and pulled through the production line. This ensures that each spool contains the correct amount of filament.

Automatic cable arranging and neat winding machine
