Product Description
The acetylene series of products are manufactured in strict accordance with national standards such as JB / T9103.1-1999 "Technical Conditions for Reciprocating Piston Acetylene Gas Compressor", among which 2Z-1.5 / 25E frequency conversion acetylene gas compressor is a national utility model patent product. This series of compressors have advanced design, compact structure, smooth operation, complete protection, long service life of wearing parts, and extremely high reliability; all levels of cooler pipes are stainless steel pipes to ensure cooling and long-term use effect; Programming numerical control and frequency conversion control technology, users can use the frequency converter to manually adjust the gear within the range of 50 to 100% exhaust volume according to the actual output.
The single-machine displacement of this series of products: 0.34 ~ 60m3 / min, discharge pressure: 0.1 ~ 3.0MPa, power: 5.5 ~ 250KW, piston force: 1.5 ~ 8T. Different types which includes Z, L, D and other types, the compression stage is from single stage to three stages, mainly with oil lubrication.
