Drying Section
For drying of wood material to produce wood pellets are most commonly used drum dryers. Dryers are typically capable of continuous
drying of wood chips, fibres, sawdust with a fully automated drying process. Reducing relative humidity of 1% in 1 m3 of wood
material requires evaporation of about 6-8 kg of water, where is needed to deliver approximately 15 to 20 MJ of heat.

Pelleting Section-Pellet Press
ROTEXMASTER pellet machine belongs to vertical ring die, with high pressure ,which is specially designed to press soft wood and hard wood into 6-10mm pellets.
High pressure and temperature are generated in this pelleting processing,which softens components of the wood(the linnin)and binds the material in the pellet together.

Cooling Section
When pellets coming from pellet mill machine/pellet press, they are always comes with high tepmerature.Cooling is used to reduce the temperature of pellets to room temperature or just above it.By cooling, it will increase the strength and lifetime of pellets, thereby reduce the production of dust and abrasion durng packing and transporte.
