GF/GQ Series Tubular Type Centrifuge
Centrifuge machine is composed of machine body, transmission, drum, liquid tray, liquid enter bearing.On the top of drum is flexible main axis, bottom is damp drift bearing, main axis connected with links base buffer and passive wheel, motor through conveyor belt, fasten wheel provide the power for passive wheel, so as to drum rotate around itself axis, forming strong centrifuge force filed. Materials launched from the inlet bottom, centrifuge force makes the material liquid rotates along the drum inner flow upward, and separate layer because of materials liquid different density.
GF model(liquid-liquid-solid)
GF model, big density liquids form outer liquid circle, small density liquids form inner circle, and flow to drum upper parts outlet accordingly, micro solid deposited on the drum wall, and manual unloaded materials after machine stop.
GQ model(liquid-solid)
GQ model, big density solid particles gradually deposited and formed sedoment layer in drum wall, after stop machine, manual unloaded materials, clweified liquid flow through the upper drum of the outlet.

1. For each equipment, our sales team will confirm the voltage with the customer.If you need standard machines and samples, we can buy samples for your product testing in China, provided we have prototype machines.
2. If you need non-standard machine and special sample, please communicate with our team, then pay the deposit first, we will customize the machine according to the sample, after the production, we will provide you with detailed operation video and equipment photos.

Before delivery, we will produce the equipment according to the agreed requirements, and after production, we will provide
detailed installation videos, operation videos, operating instructions, testing documents, certification documents, etc.
