Fish cartilage powder comprises protein, mucopolysaccharides, carbohydrates, chondroitin sulphate, glucosomine sulphate, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium and other minerals. Each of these components has beneficial properties when consumed. The relative proportion of minerals in Fish cartilage is nearly the same as in human bone so fish cartilage is ideally suited for human intake and is ideal for proper joint function.
