Q3: If don't have any idea about design now, can we make our product?
A3: Yes sure, pls tell us your idea about the product, our company designer will help you finalize the design.
A4: Generally 4-7days after payment for customized order,It depends on the products & quantity. we don't refund full if the partial items are damaged in delivery due to some objective matter. But we can accept a partial refund for compensating the damaged part.
Q5: How can you guarantee the production quality?
A5: We checked again before delivery, will produce for free if it is quality problem from our side. but we do not accept any refund without reason.
Q6: Can I get everything customized here?
A6: Definitely yes; just kindly advise us your special demands, we'll get the job done. If the product has quality problems, you can take pictures and video to us. When we confirm it, we will give you a satisfactory solution and refund you the damaged part.
