About this item
Structural bolts are typically used for steel to steel applications. They are different from standard hex bolts by having heavy hex head to give it a larger bearing surface. Structural bolts also come with larger unthreaded shank compared to similar lengths to hex cap screws.
XD Fastener carries A325, A490 heavy hex bolts and tension control bolts. Our structural bolt line includes import and USA
made parts. They come off the shelf in plain steel and hot dipped galvanized.
We have the capabilities to supply custom plating per requests. Our off-the-shelf structural bolts start at ½” diameter and go up to 1-1/2”. Specials can run up to 3” in diameter. We can supply the heavy hex nuts and structural washers for your structural bolts as well.
