Doritos chips Tortilla chip is one of the most famous deep frying snack in the world. Its traditional production process is making dough, pressing, shaping (cutting) and frying. Basing on modern extrusion technique development, it can be make by extrusion method, which has higher automation. It goes through extrusion and frying, which gives it special taste. It has the advantages of rich nutrition, crisp mouthfeel, easy eating and long shelf-life. Flavoring with different condiments, it can be fit for different people and markets.
Doritos Tortilla chips making machinery can take corn flour,wheat flour and other grains as raw materials to produce extruded snacks, with crispy taste and lively shape.

Twin-Screw Extruder
The twin-screw extruder is made up of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, transmission system and controlling system. We will feed the material from the feeding machine and get the tissue state by inflating the material and the machine barrel must be high temperature, high pressure and high cutting. The material can be sterilized by the high temperature and high pressure and make the product safe.
The main extruder adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable per-formation.
This equipment has the wide material, multi-shape products and flexible collocations. We can produce the different products according to the different models and collocations.
Doritos Shaper

Continuous Fryer
Continuous fryer is a smokeless, multi-functional, oil-water mixed frying equipment, the equipment adopts the most selected oil-water mixed frying process in the world, completely changed the structure of traditional frying equipment, fundamentally solve the drawbacks of traditional deep fryer, can simultaneously fry a variety of food, non-collusion, a multi-purpose machine.
The process takes from the middle of the oil layer heating way, Control the temperature of the upper and lower oil layer, effectively alleviate the oxidation degree of the fried oil, inhibit the rise of the acid medium, automatically filter the residue check during the frying process, and automatically control the temperature, thus extending the service life of the fried oil.
