Q1:If you produce clients’ design? Will your company offer 3D artwork? 
A: Yes, we welcome custom made jewelry. We will offer 3D artwork for u to check the design before production. 

Q2:what is your MOQ?
A: The MOQ depends on the material, such as:
Sliver and brass goods, is 50 pieces per style; 
Sliver and brass earring: 50 pairs per style;
Stainless steel goods, is 100pieces each style;

Q3: How much mold fee will you charge?
A: If goods do not need the mold in production, so have no mold fee, and if the production will use the mold, the mold fee will be about 20USD-60USD,different style have different mold fee and it's depends on craft.Mold fee is only one time charged, you needn't to pay it next time when you reorder that style.

Q4: How many deposit we need to pay before production?
A: As company rules: 30% deposit need be paid before production. But if you are regular customer, 20% deposit is acceptable.

 

Q5:How long is your lead time?
It depends on the quantity you order, but usually is 25-30 working days.

 

Q6:How about your package?
A: Usually we use PP bag for individual piece, if you have any other special package, like gift or velvet bag, it will be charged at cost.
