IGBT chips are the core part of IGBT devices, usually made of silicon materials. It consists of four regions: N+collector region, P-drain region, N-channel region, and P+gate region. The key technologies of IGBT chips include channel control, carrier injection, and structural design to withstand high voltage. The IGBT chip integrates the driving circuit, control circuit, and protection circuit of the IGBT devices. It is the foundation of IGBT devices, responsible for switching power and controlling current.
