Intelligent asphalt distributor truck
This equipment installs all asphalt tanks, distribution mechanisms, heating systems, operating system power devices, etc. on a single chassis. When working, it can be lifted onto a regular truck for spraying operations, without the need for on-site installation and debugging, and without borrowing car power. The nozzle has good atomization, high spraying quality, and does not drip oil. The equipment is divided into cold spraying using emulsified asphalt and spraying using hot asphalt. The asphalt tank capacity and spraying width can be customized according to requirements. This device is easy to operate, only one person is needed to operate the entire process, with reliable performance and convenient use
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
1. Heat up quickly. The heating system adopts imported burners. The heating speed of asphalt is fast, and it can produce usable asphalt in the shortest possible time. The heating time is less than 0.6 hours.
2. Spray asphalt evenly. Manual clutch, multi gear control. Asphalt spraying density is 1000-1500 square meters per ton
3. Asphalt has good insulation performance. The insulation device adopts 10cm thick rock wool and 0.5mm color steel insulation. The 24-hour cooling is less than 10% of the temperature difference at that time
4. Temperature box cleaning function. The spraying device of the vehicle adopts double-layer thermal oil insulation, combined with a high-pressure air compressor, to avoid the problem of the nozzle being blocked by asphalt.
