Stainless steel seamless pipe is a kind of hollow profile long steel without joint around. For thickness, thick wall thick products, economical, the thinner the wall thickness, the higher the processing cost, and has good heat resistance and corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance of stainless steel seamless tube depends on alloying elements contained in steel. Chromium is the basic element that makes stainless steel resistant to corrosion. When the chromium content in steel reaches about 12%, chromium reacts with oxygen in corrosive media, forming a very thin oxide film (self-passivation film) on the steel surface, which can prevent further corrosion of the steel matrix. Stainless steel seamless tube in addition to chromium, commonly used alloy elements and nickel, molybdenum, titanium, niobium, copper, nitrogen, etc., to meet the various uses of stainless steel structure and performance requirements.
