High Strength Aramid Braided Rope Aramid Lines Braided Rope Cord
Ropes made of aramid are heat-resistant, have high breaking load and extremely low working properties. Aramid fibres do not melt at high temperatures, but begin to char by 500°C. Moreover, these ropes are being appreciated for its very good cut protecting properties, good dimensional stability, “no-creep” (time and temperature deformation under a constant load), resistance to: chemicals, seawater and corrosion by heat. Aramid ropes do not slip in the rope stoppers and brackets, so they can be securely fixed. Aramid ropes can also be tensioned and do not lose its strength over time.

Our aramid lines thick braided aramid rope fire wick, based around the durable aramid organic (para-aramid) fibre, and enhanced with HoP’s special blend of non-irritating clothing grade fibreglass yarn. The continuous filament fibre is brilliant at balancing absorbency, strength, durability, fire rating and user comfort. This wick creates a capillary effect for soaking fuel and transferring it out to the flame, and does not contain any asbestos or any sharp or skin burning metallic thread.
Material: 100% Aramid Yarn.
Construction: Braid. Multi-strands interweaving process makes aramd line much more durable and is able to resist raveling.
Decomposition Temperature: 800~900 °F / 427~482 °C. Aramid doesn't melt like nylon or polyester. It decomposes at high temperatures.
