Application | 1. Mix bleaching powder and developer (3%,6%,9%) in a non-metallic bowl at a ratio of 1:2 until a smooth cream is achieve. 2. Apply immediately after mixing, distribute it evenly and sufficiently onto dry, unwashed hair to ensure best equalization, starting at the nape area. 3. Waiting 20-45minutes, check the hair every 5minutes until get the desired result. Don't use steamer or other tool to reduce process time. After development, then rinse thoroughly with warm water, shampoo and apply a treatment to the hair. | |
