Boxes general features:
1 Fire resistant material, according to UL standard, with minimum V0 grade. Supporting documents are available.
2 Made of PA66 (Nylon).
3 Water resistant, minimum protection class required is IP67. That is, total protection against ingress of fine particles (dust) and protection against ingress of water when immersed at least 15 cm for 30 minutes. Supporting documents are available.
4 Manufacturers adhere to RoHs standards for environmental compliance. Supporting documents are available.
5 The box have screws, including embedded nuts that allows the box to be screwed multiple times without damaging the plastic.
6 The top face of the box is flat, not curved or with aesthetically patterns, to facilitate the installation of the membrane.
7 The wall thickness is at least of 4 mm, to ensure a hight impact strenght.
8 The color of the box is black.
