Vanadium catalyst refers to the substance containing vanadium as an active component while performing a catalytic function
(changes the rate of reaction). It serves for the oxidation of SO2 to SO3 with oxygen at a certain temperature, which plays a vital role in many fields with excellent catalytic performance.
The reaction is summarized as below:
2SO2+ O2 ⇌ 2SO3
Vanadium pentoxide catalyst chemical balance, reaction of sulfur dioxide (SO2) to sulfur tri-oxide (SO3) in the presence of
vanadium pentoxide (V2O5).
Product features
DZC V series vanadium catalysts feature stable properties and excellent activity, which achieves high conversion rate, fast
start-up, and optimal energy efficiency as well as low SO2 emissions.
DZC-V2 Catalyst
DZC-V2, a v2o5 catalyst, promoted by K, Dia.11mm, yellow daisy, Bulk density: 380 – 430KG/m3, which is widely used in any bed of a converter with an excellent activity under a wide range of operating conditions. The continuous operation temperature is in the range of 400 ~ 630 ℃. Meanwhile, DZC-V2 features a highly dispersed active V2O5 species on the surface of it that has high specific surface area and high pore volume.
DZC-V28 Catalyst
DZC-V28, a v2o5 catalyst, promoted by K and Cs, Dia.11mm, yellow daisy, Bulk density: 380 – 430KG/m3, shows best performance in the 3rd bed of a converter, where the process gas contains great amounts of SO3 beds. With a higher content of V2O5, K and Cs as promoter, DZC-V28 provides more excellent activity.
DZC-V2C Catalyst
DZC-V2C, a super cesium-promoted v2o5 catalyst, Dia.11mm, yellow daisy, Bulk density: 380 – 430KG/m3, which is optimized to use in any bed of a converter, and maximum conversion is achieved. With unique manufacturing process and optimized formulation, DZC-V2C exhibits significant high activity at either low or high temperature conditions. In the meantime, DZC-V2C (cesium-vanadium-contained catalyst) can also help to reduce the consumption of electric energy and SO2 emissions.
