Mucking loader work with dump trucks
ZWY-80H mucking loader work with LK-6T diesel dump truck 4wd with a load of 6000kg,
ZWY-50H mucking loader work with LK270D diesel dumper with a load of 2500kg,
ZWY-50H mucking loader work with LK200 electric dumper with a load of 2000kg.
This working method greatly improve working efficiency and save labor cost in mines and construction site.
Application
ZWY-80H model mine tunnel mucking loader is suitable for construction machinery and small-section diversion tunnels for tunnel excavation, mining engineering, hydraulic engineering, water conservancy projects etc., and mine slag (mine) machinery. This machine is mainly used for some production operations with narrow space, small scale phosphate rock and metal. Gravel soil material collection and transportation loading construction for non-explosive dangerous mines such as non-metallic mines.

The same model(80m³/h)is divided into sliding type and bridge type according to the different chassis systems:
ZWY-80H means sliding type of chassis structure can be turning around at original place, no need turning radius.
Number "80" means working capacity 80m³/h, "H" means sliding chassis structure.
Sliding chassis structure has two hydraulic motors to drive this mucking loader, one hydraulic motor in each side(A and B), to drive 2 wheels.
Due to this sliding chassis structure is produced by our factory so the machine width C can be customized to 1.2m at least when it enter into a narrower place we called it ZWY-50H.

The conveying system-Belt type and Scraper type
Now our ZWY-80H tunnel mucking loader haggloader has two type,
Belt type: used for conveying loose materials or small particles, such as soil, low density stones, etc.
Advantages: high transport efficiency and easy replace.
Disadvantages: When transporting metal materials, the belt wears out quickly and needs to be replaced every month. Large gradients are prone to slipping, resulting in low conveying efficiency.
Scraper type: Now the newest type is double chain on each side of the hopper. Materials conveying large blocks and sharp angles.
Advantages: Long service life and large conveying angle on a slope road in narrower place.

The excavation loading system
We have strengthened at the connection part between big arm and small arm, with one extra thickness of 10mm wear plate and add several 8mm thick wear plate on the bucket. When the ZWY-80H haggler is working, the front shovel must be on the ground and cannot work while walking. The width of the front shovel opening is 1.3m.
Two holes are added in the bucket to prevent water ingress during excavation. When shipping, the customer will be given a few bucket tooth sleeves for free, as the bucket teeth are made of alloy steel and are not easy to replace.

The diesel engine can be added
When the mucking loader needs to be transfer to another place, it is not convenient to connect the electricity, you can startup the diesel engine, or it is not convenient to use electricity, it can replace electricity for a short time.

The electric control cabinet
The electrical control system ZWY-80H consists of external power supply, electric motor, mine explosion-proof electromagnetic starter (or electrical control box), explosion-proof (ordinary) lighting, electric bell, cable, control button, electric roller and so on.
It is controlled by the secondary, equipped with imported hydraulic joystick.

Digging bucket and broken hammer
1. Digging bucket is standard configuration of our mucking loader.
2. and 3. Our mucking loader has two styles of broken hammer can be chosen: One is the broken hammer and the digging as a whole like 2 shows, and 3 is that the broken hammer and the digging bucket are separated.

Walking system
Walking type 1: standard configuration is solid tire
Walking type 2: optional configuration is Mining tires with holes. There will be vibrations when the machine is walking and working, and using hollow tires can reduce the stress during walking and have a shock-absorbing effect.
Crawler type: If your local road conditions need to be climbed and the slope is greater than 12 degrees, you need to use crawler type. The walking system consists of a walking frame, a track assembly, track roller assembly, carrier roller assembly, guide wheel assembly, driving wheel, tensioning device, deceleration hydraulic motor and etc.
Explosion-proof system for coal mines
All models of our ZWY series slag mucking loader machines can be equipped with this explosion-proof system. If they are not used in coal mines, they do not need this system.
