Q：What BMS is in the 48V battery box?
A: We use the 150/200A seplos 10E BMS in the box with CAN/RS485 Communications.
Q: Can I only take the battery box without BMS?
A: We don't recommend this, because the BMS is tailored for our battery case, not using
our BMS will cause a lot of trouble.

Q: If I want to build a 48V server rack system, what should I choose?
A: It depends on how many capacity you want, our battery box can be stacked up to 15 sets.
Q: Can I buy the completed 48V server rack battery?
A: Sure, we also provide a fully assembled battery kit, cells model are optional, if you want it, please send a message to us.
Q: How to set up the system?
A: The battery system can be connected to PC, and you can set and manage the whole system on your computer.
Q:I have my own logo, can I print my logo in the battery pack?
A: Yes, we accept customizing the logo, but need a large amount(>50 sets), if you like a sample, welcome to contact us.
Q:Does the 48V kit include batteries?
A: Not included, see above for parts list.
Q: What should I do if I don't know how to install the battery box after receiving it?
A: This kit is particularly easy to install and we have a detailed installation video as well as instructions. You can also contact us anytime.
Q:Why has my logistics information not been updated?
A:The goods will be shipped by UPS or a local shipping company, but due to the tedious process of shipping across borders, the logistics information will not be updated for a while until the goods arrive in your country. It is only when the goods are picked up by the local carrier and ready for dispatch that the logistics status will be updated accordingly.
