Design Concept
The ordinary row welder uses manual material feeding and welding For welding mesh products, it not only increases the labor intensity, but also makes the production speed slower, and many welding positions are not accurate and uneven. The project has designed XY axial cross type mold frame, composed of two stepper motors, programmable controllers, and double tracks to drive two mold frame respectively to realize around cycle automatic feeding and automatic welding. It can greatly improve the production efficiency. Mechanical automatic welding ensures the joint to be uniform and solid and keep a beautiful appearance. The whole process can be finished by only one operator. Thus, the labor costs are reduced.


Feature
XY-axis mold frame on the device is driven by the servo motor synchronous belt transmission, and the step length and speed are controlled bythe control system. When the artificial material feeding is fixed on the mold frame, turn on the switch, controlled by computer, the productswill walk with the mold frame on X and Y axis alternately, welding joints of all welded parts will be finished automatically After completed, itwill automatically return to the origin position, without any manual operation. At the same time, the operator can continue to feed thematerial for next welding. It not only reduces the labor cost, but also effectively use the welding time to feed material, thus, the maximum work efficiency is realized.

The movement of advanced welding technology and a reasonable mechanism, to ensure the stability of the welding quality, reduce thewelding spatter and rosin joint phenomenon, the welder adopts pressure cylinder which is made in our own plant. It is with good adaptabilityThe welding pressure is compensated in welding moment, which can make welding products more reliable and the fusion more beautiful.

The project adopts the programmable operation mode, the controller can store multiple sets of customer product specifications, according tothe requirements of net technology, the welding sequence can set the walking distance and alternate time of the mold frame as required toensure accurate welding position, and to automatically achieve the desired effect.

The device can also be started by the foot switch, and the equipment to avoid improper operation caused by other reasons is mainly used inhardware industry, like tools, metal mesh, guardrail etc, such as supermarket shelves, shopping cart, shopping basket and so on. It has abroad market space.

3. What's the standard hydraulic oil and its working temperature?
Under 70 bar pressure, use hydraulic oil viscosity 30-50CST in temperature 40℃. Working temperature 15-16℃.

4. How to adjust the pressure through the pressure adjustment screw?
Clockwise rotation, increase pressure; counter-clockwise rotation, decrease pressure.

5. How to adjust the displacement through the displacement adjustment screw?
Clockwise rotation, decrease the displacement; counter-clockwise rotation, increase displacement.

6. What's the possible reason if there is no oil output?
1) The shaft rotating direction is wrong.
2) Sauction oil pipe was jamed.
3) Vane was locked in the rotor,can't slip out from rotor.
