Product warranty mechanism:
1. If the product is damaged within 12 months from the day of selling and is already within the scope of warranty, repair and replace it

Sample/Trial Order/Batch Order Delivery Time
For samples (less than 5 sets): a. If it is normal model, our delivery time is 7-12 days. b. If it is modified version (Such as we modify the spec.), our delivery time is 30 days.
For trail order(less than 500 sets): Our delivery time is within 30 days. (At present, we arrange the materials preparation)
For formal order(more than 500 sets): a. If it is the first cooperation, delivery time is about 45-60pcs. b. If long time cooperation, our delivery time is within 30 days in the case of preparing materials in advance.
Capacity
Just on an assembly line, we can make 50 pcs motors per day. For a month, it is likely up to 1,500 pcs per month.
We expect to reach NINE production and assembly lines by the end of 2022.
Based on it, in effect our capacity top 450 per day. For a year, the maximum is more than 150,000 pcs per year.
