Brittle material screening equipment - Square swing sieve
The square swing sieve designed by Henan Yuanzhen Machinery is a kind of artificial screening equipment. It has the advantages of reasonable design, simple structure, stable operation, fully enclosed structure, dust-free, anti-blocking hole, and anti-sticking net. In the screening process, the original physical characteristics of the material are not destroyed, and it is suitable for screening operations of brittle materials.
The square swing sieve is widely used in the classification of fine materials in the quartz sand, silica fume, foundry sand, fracturing sand, and dolomite industries.
Structural principle
In terms of the trajectory of the screen box, the square swing sieve is an improved model of the reciprocating screen, the essence of which is the reciprocating inertia force formed by the eccentric wheel rotating around the fixed axis, and the screen surface is generally arranged horizontally or slightly inclined.
The basic rotary motion of the square swing screen is similar to that of manual screening. The eccentricity and belt drive are adjustable. The residence time of the product can be adjusted.

Horizontal and throwing three-dimensional tumbling motion is established. The material is evenly dispersed over the entire screen surface from the center to the outer edge, thus propagating axially with a spiral motion. The material smaller than the aperture of the screen surface falls to the lower layer through the screen aperture and becomes under the screen, and the material larger than the aperture of the screen surface is discharged from the discharge port through continuous tumbling and jumping motion to complete the screening work.
