Linear vibrating screen utilizes vibrating motor as the vibration source, so that the material is thrown up on the screen net, and at the same time moves forward in a straight line. The material uniformly enters into the inlet of the screening machine from the feeder, and through the multi-layer screen mesh, it produces several kinds of specifications of the sieve, and the sieve material is discharged respectively from the respective outlets. With low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, no dust overflow, automatic discharge, more suitable for assembly line operation. Stainless steel linear screen can screen and classify powdery, lumpy, granular and other materials, applied to plastics, abrasives, chemicals, medicine, building materials, grain, carbon, fertilizer and other industries. It is characterized by low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, and fully closed structure without dust overflow.
