How long is your delivery time?
Sample order takes 1-3 working days. Mass production depends on order quantity, usually, it takes 5-7 working
days if goods are in stock.
Can I get a sample before bulk production? Yes, for sure. The sample will be provided for quality checking. The sample cost will be refunded once the bulk order is placed.
Can we customize the size, color, logo, and packages of the product?
Yes, we can customize products according to the client's requirements. If you have designs already, can send them to
us. We also have a professional design team, that can help you to do the design work.
What's your shipping method?
It could be shipped by sea, by railway, by air, or by express(EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and etc.). We will confirm with you before order placing, you can also tell us the shipping method you prefer.
What's your payment method?
Wire transfer, Pay pal, Western Union,L/C, etc. Do you have a quality warranty?
12 months warranty for damages for non-artificial reasons. We have a professional QC department, every item will be checked and tested before shipment.
